Due to its industrial-scale operations and the frequent movement of personnel, the facility requires security  management, access control, and time & attendance solutions to ensure efficient operations while enhancing  safety during production and workforce management.

Solution

ZKTeco has deployed an automated lane security solution featuring the Tripod Turnstile TS2000 Pro, integrated  with the FaceDepot-7BL facial recognition access control device, creating a modern entrance control  system for the factory area. The implementation of this technology has delivered positive results, improving  management efficiency while optimizing daily operational activities. To enter or exit the factory premises, employees are required to pass through the TS2000 Pro tripod turnstile  system. Each employee’s facial data is pre-registered on the FaceDepot-7BL device. When authentication is  performed at the device installed on the gate, the system quickly verifies the user and automatically rotates  the turnstile arms to allow passage. All entry and exit records, along with time and attendance data, are synchronized and stored in the central  management software, enabling the enterprise to monitor personnel, manage attendance, and calculate  payroll accurately. After the user passes through, the turnstile automatically returns to the locked position,  ensuring effective security control for the factory area.
