The "AVC Technology Vietnam Factory" project of AVC Scientific and Technological Company Limited (Vietnam) is constructed on a land area of 100, 697 square meters, located in plot CN-05, Dong Van III Supporting Industrial Park (Phase II), Hoang Dong Ward, Duy Tien Town, Ha Nam Province. The total investment capital for the project is 200,000,000 USD, equivalent to 4,624,600,000,000 VND. The factory consists of 15 workshops and various departmental areas, with a total of 5,000 employees. AVC Technology Vietnam is a manufacturing and processing facility for computer cooling devices, computer fans, and computer casings.

Detail Solution

A. Secure and Efficient Access Control for Parking Management

With over 5000 employees and a high volume of daily vehicle traffic, the factory requires a secure and efficient access  control system for entry and exit. Particularly during peak hours, it is crucial to ensure fast processing speeds to provide convenience for the workers. 

· ZKTeco has implemented 7 automatic parking barriers of the BG1030 model, creating 6 entrances and exits for motorcycles and a separate lane for cars. The BG1030 automatic parking barriers feature interactive LED frame design,   programmable control panel, and high-performance brushless DC motors. The BG1000 stands out with itsfast speed, stable quality, and support for various expansion functions. 

· For each entrance, ZKTeco has installed 2 license plate recognition devices LPRS5000 PRO and 2 card readers MR1020 to verify employee cards and their vehicle license plates. Each entrance is also equipped with PSA26 sensor devices to detect the passage of vehicles, preventing collisions and ensuring safety for users.

· Employees are required to register their personal information and vehicle license plates to create company employee cards. They need to swipe their employee cards on the MR1020 card readers to verify their identity. During this process, the LPRS5000 PRO cameras automatically capture images of the license plates and recognize the corresponding numbers, then match them with the data in the database. After successfully identifying the employee's card and  vehicle license plate information, the BG1030 barrier will automatically open to allow quick entry and exit of vehicles.

B. Combining Time Attendance and Access Control for Automation and Efficiency

The factory consists of more than 15 workshops, each of which is divided into separate departments. The management team requires a time attendance system integrated with access control to provide convenience and centralized  management for the employees. 

· ZKTeco has deployed 20 SPEEDFACE-V6PRO[TI] devices for time attendance and access control, along with 3 MB40   PRO (IC) time attendance devices and 109 FR1600 PRO (IC) card readers. Additionally, there are 109 INBIO1000 PRO BOX central controllers and accompanying electric lock systems in areas that require access control, such as offices, laboratories, and data centers. 

· Only authorized employees are allowed access to specific areas using their RFID employee cards, fingerprint, or facial recognition after successful verification by the access control terminal devices.

C. Pedestrian Entrance Control

With over 1000 employees entering and exiting the main workshop area, the factory requires a secure and efficient  entrance control system for pedestrians. The management aims to ensure strict management of people coming in and out, and avoid congestion and disorder during peak hours.

· ZKTeco has implemented 10 lane-based security gates, specifically the TS6000 PRO tripod turnstiles, combined  with 20 SPEEDFACE-V6PRO[TI] time attendance and access control devices. These devices authenticate employee  entry and exit using facial recognition or access cards.

· The TS6000 PRO tripod turnstile is designed for smooth operation, quiet performance, and minimal power  consumption. The turnstiles are made of stainless steel, providing durability and longevity

D. Efficient Management of Canteen Operations

To effectively manage activities in the canteen, the management requires the use of an integrated employee card  to facilitate the management and control of services within the canteen. 

· ZKTeco has deployed 10 ProMerc-20 terminal devices, which are the latest consumer models introduced by ZKTeco.  They are offline hanging consumer machines with a dual-color screen (IC). The balance and credit limit data are stored  and encrypted within the MIFARE card itself, and the transaction results are also recorded on the card. Users can  quickly perform various operations with this product. 

· In addition to accessing the factory, the employee cards are also used for consumption within the canteen, in various  areas, and for attendance purposes.

E. Centralized Management of Time Attendance, Access Control, Pedestrian Entrance, Parking, and Canteen Consumption

The factory management requires an integrated, simple, and convenient management system that utilizes a single employee card. This system will allow centralized management and monitoring of time attendance devices, access  control, pedestrian entrance, parking, and canteen consumption. 

· Proposed solution involves establishing an integrated card management system for the factory area. This system   is built on the B/S architecture and utilizes IC cards for access control and canteen sales management.

· All devices are connected to the unified management system - ZKBio CVSecurity, enabling the management staff to  view and control the operations of the parking access control, time attendance doors, and canteen consumption.

· ZKBio CVSecurity is deployed as a unified platform to manage the corporate cards, including employee data management, accounts, transactions, and public functions. The integrated card system will have various applications such as canteen consumption, access control and attendance management, and many other features.
